Keep bright learners in school.
We pay school fees in full, straight to the school, so bright students from farming communities in Kenya can finish Senior School. We call them Futures.
Many employers match gifts. Ask yours, and your $50 becomes $100.
A new foundation, starting carefully
Our first awards will be made in January 2027, for one or two students from Gatundu, Kiambu County. No student is accepted until all three years of Senior School are funded. We grow only as fast as gifts allow.
Why school fees
Boarding fees at a Kenyan Senior School are about US$414 a year under the 2026 government guideline, before uniform and travel. When fees go unpaid, students are sent home. Some return a term later. Others never do, and a place earned through years of hard work is lost.
How it works
Schools nominate
Partner schools nominate bright students in Grades 8 and 9.
We choose fairly
Every nominee is scored on the same criteria, and we visit short-listed families at home, with their consent.
We pay the school
Fees go straight to the school's bank account, term by term, and we keep the bursar's receipt.
What your gift does
$140 pays about one term of boarding fees.
$420 pays about one year of boarding fees.
About $2,400 covers all three years of Senior School for one Future, including uniform, travel and bank fees.
Four Hive Builders giving $20 a month carry one Future through Senior School. That's $2,880 over three years, which also covers card and transfer fees.

We fund before we promise.
Fees go only to school bank accounts.
